what will i do after i finishing my senior high school.

After fnishing my senior high school. I want to continue my study in other country. I want to study in german because i want to get a new experience at the other country , out from Indonesia. I want to become a professional surgeon. why i want be a surgeon ?? because i want to feel how it will be if i can safe the other sick people life. i didn't like to know there are people just die without getting some help. So my dream is becoming a doctor that can safe everyone in the world, especially a person than i know him or her a lot.
