First experience in teaching

Well, the first time i heard that my next english task was be a teacher, i was little bit surprised. Because, i never got a task like that before. But, then i think that this task can be a new challenge for me, so i just think positive and try to do my best for this task. Fortunately ma’am Agnes, my English teacher already told us that to help us perform a good teaching in the class we have to make a lesson plan first.

The lesson plan is something like a guide for us to arrange what we will do when we perform as a teacher in the classroom. But first, we got to choose our own topic that will we teach. Then with my partner William, we choose “the hundred year’s war” as our topic. After choose the hundred years war as our topic, my partner and I set our lesson plan first.

After set our lesson plan, we prepare the material that will we explain as a teacher. We also prepare a game that wills the student play at the end of the lesson. It’s a puzzle game from several picture of the hundred year’s war. And then the day my partner and I have to teach arrived. At first I fell little bit nervous but then our teaching was just went well. Our teaching also more excited because some students were frequently asked about the material. Finally we finished teaching about our topic, then the last was puzzle game time. The students were also played the game happily then as the prize the winner group can punish the loser group with a funny dancing called “oplosan”. That’s all about my first experience in teaching……..
