being a history teacher

Hello my friends, I’m William from science 5 who taught about The Hundred Years War, I will tell you my experience about teaching. A few weeks ago, Mam Agnes told science 5 a spectacular project. The project was being a history teacher. I felt so happy and interested, but I felt a little bit nervous too cause I never teach before. Mam Agnes told us to choose a partner, Then I chose Aurelius Pramana to become my partner.

We chose The Hundred Years War for the topic. The story was fantastic but confusing, but luckily we can take the material on. The war was about England kingdom and France kingdom. My partner and me were difficult to write the lesson plan, because the schedule changed. We must taught the students at outdoor, without laptop and LCD. Finally, we taught the students by telling story with many pictures that I printed in my home the day before. It’s very hard to be a teacher, because my students were very noisy and naughty.

Luckily my partner and I can control the condition, so the students become silent. After we taught them, we gave them a game. The game’s name was “Arrange The Shield”. I divided the students into two big groups. First, they must find three envelopes that contained some parts of shield around the mid field area. The group who arranged the shield faster will win the game, but the loser will get a punishment. The loser must do oplosan dance in the middle of the field. It was so funny, I enjoyed to be a teacher. That’s all my experience became a history teacher.
